Throughout the years Master Plus have followed strict guidelines in all services we provide. We have made sure to always be customer focused, and place a high significance on continuous improvement throughout our organization. The safety and wellbeing of our staff is of highest importance to us.
In order to emphasis this we have been accredited with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety.
Dynamic Management Team
The management team at Master Plus is characterized by its energy to help its customers at all parts of the process. The friendly team makes sure that they go above and beyond their duties to fulfill the customer’s wishes. They are quick and efficient in all aspects related to the service provided such as fast documentation, fast mobilization, adapting to changes in the worksite at a fast rate and solving any issues as quickly as possible.
Own visa and Sponsorship
There is a large pool of Labour at Master Plus who have been employed with our own company visa. This reduces the need for dependence on sub-contractors to provide for large projects. This also eases the documentation process involved while hiring manpower for your organization. The added benefit of this model is that we can focus and the personal growth and development of our own labours and staff more efficiently.
Fully Insured Workers
As an organization that puts safety as one of its prime aspects, we have fully insured all our workers against accidents and causality at the workplace. We have Workmen’s Compensation Insurance which is designed to protect us against their liabilities to employees in respect of injuries suffered by them in the course of their employment as per Labour Law/Workmen’s Compensation Ordinance of UAE. Employees are also given health insurance to protect them during times of illness of medical emergencies.
